Spending of funds is confined to trustee-approved programmes and projects. Each restricted contribution designated towards a trustee-approved programme or project will be used as designated, with the understanding that when the need for such a programme or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason determined by trustees, the remaining restricted contributions or project will be used where trustees deem most needed.
